IIT Delhi is one of the premiere engineering college of India. Mechartés has partnered with IIT Delhi through its innovation arm FITT (Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer), established by IIT Delhi as an interface organization to promote, foster and sustain industry-academia interaction towards development of technology.

Systemair AB is a Swedish major engaged in manufacturing of ventilation & heating systems. Mechartés and Systemair have formed a joint venture to provide technical consultancy and software development for the Heat Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector. The JV company has the Systemair group as a major clientage apart from other players in the HVAC sector.

Easyflex is a company engaged in the manufacturing of vibration isolators. The company has invested in Mechartés and has an active representation on its board. The two companies complement each other to provide theoretical and practical expertise in the area of Vibration Isolation System Design.

Dr. C.V Ramakrishnan
Chairman

Dr. Ramakrishnan has thirty five years of teaching and research experience in the field of computational Mechanics & Computer Aided Designing as a professor at IIT Delhi. An international researcher in the area of FEM and Applications, he also has wide experience in Industrial Consultancy. He is a major shareholder in Mechartés & the Chairman of the company’s board.

Dr. M R Ravi
Director, Technology

Dr. Ravi has fifteen years of teaching and research experience in the field of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), heat transfer, fuel combustion & fluid mechanics. An expert in the area of automobile engineering, he is also an Associate Professor in the mechanical engineering department at IIT Delhi. He is a major share holder & the Managing Director of Mechartés.

Pawandeep Singh
Director, Strategy & Marketing

Pawan is an expert in the domain of vibration & seismic isolation. He has 13 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing and project management both in India and the United States. Pawan is responsible for developing strategic alliances and partnerships for the long term growth of the company. An entrepreneur at heart, he is also the director of Kanwal Industrial Corporation, one of the country’s leading manufacturers of “Easyflex” brand of vibration & seismic isolation products.

Shishir Gupta
Chief Executive Officer

Shishir is a mechanical engineer from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology ), Delhi. He is also one of the founding member of International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) India chapter. IBPSA is an organisation of building engineers engaged in promoting simulation of building performance at the design stage. He is also Managing Director Systemair Software Pvt. Ltd (SSPL) which is a Joint Venture between Systeamir AB and Mechartes. SSPL provides software development and CFD services to Systemair Group companies. He has filed two patents as inventor and one as co-inventor. Shishir is involved in technical and strategic activities of Mechartes.

Harsh Vardhan
VP, Software Development

Harsh, a computer science B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT Delhi, has domain expertise in the fields of graphics & openGL as well as programming experience on all major platforms and various developing environments. He handles the software development activities for Mechartés’ software.
