The key to successful and usable software, apart from its practicality, is to develop an intuitive graphical user interface to enable ease of operation and a faster learning curve. To ensure authentic use of all data generated by the software we used a 64-bit encryption algorithm.

Objective
An AHU manufacturer typically in a given month has to send out close to 1000 quotations and technical submittals for their product. Each one of these submittals has to be technically accurate and according to the custom specifications provided by the consultants. A single submittal for a project, takes close to a day or in some advanced cases even more time to prepare. This takes up a lot of time and leads to human induced errors. The objective was to come up with a software solution which would automate and improve the efficiency of these submittals so that the turn-around time of the process is minimized.
