Design for Damage-free loading for cars
Modeling
At first the dimensions of the railway coach was studied and a clear study was carried out to design the coach. A platform was laid out in the coach such that the cars could be railed for loading and unloading the car. A careful design of the doors to load and unload the cars was carried out. The platform inside the coach was designed such that one car could be kept inclined and the next horizontal as shown in the figure.

Conclusion
Thus a careful study was conducted to design the railway coach to transport cars such that it can accommodate greater number of cars and they can be transported without any damage. After several optimization in the design it was concluded that by placing one car inclined to the base and the next horizontal, the coach can hold a greater number of cars and they can be transported with less damage.
Objective
There are railway coaches to carry cars. It was found that these coaches could carry very few cars and would also cause damage to the cars while loading and unloading of the cars. The main objective of this project was to design the railway coaches that could carry more number of cars and also make it easy for loading and unloading of the cars without damage.
